All parts and assemblies manufactured at Evans Industries are engineered to supply value to our customers. Our engineers work closely with our programmers and set-up personnel to develop a plan that anticipates problems before the manufacturing process begins. By engineering a plan for every part and assembly that is manufactured, most problems are resolved before the first chip is taken or the first screw is tightened.

Our engineers also work closely with our customers’ design engineers, helping them with the manufacturability of their product designs or by making suggestions for existing products that will reduce their cost.

Drawings and solid models can be transferred to Evans Industries electronically with any of the following formats:

2D:     .DWG, .DXF, .DRW, .PLT, .PDF, .ASM  

3D:     .PRT, .IGES, .STP, .STL, .SLDPRT, .X-T

Evans Industries uses our customers’ solid models to engineer, program and inspect their parts, reducing errors, and helping to ensure that parts are made right the first time and every time.

Evans Industries, as an ISO-9001 registered company, has a quality management system which includes a set of policies, procedures and processes that help ensure the quality of our products and services. An important element of our quality assurance is the collection and analysis of data that measure the quality of our raw materials, components, products, and assembly processes. With the use of this data, we are continually improving our processes and procedures to give our customers a quality product the first time, and when there is a problem, ensuring that it’s not repeated.

Evans Industries is not only dedicated to manufacturing quality parts, but is also dedicated to making sure that your parts arrive safely, and on time. We accomplish this by packaging each shipment either to our customers’ packaging specifications or by developing a method which insures that it will be delivered damage free, whether it’s delivered locally by our truck or across the country by common carrier.

We have also worked closely with several of our customers to develop “Kanban” or “Just in Time” deliveries that have significantly reduced their inventory, while still meeting their production needs.
