| An aluminum block (12" square X 30½" long) is loaded onto our Fastems Pallet System for machining on our DMC 160U, 5 Axis Machining Center. By using a palletized loading system in combination with 5-axis machining, we are able to perform "one up" manufacturing. |
An aluminum block (11" Thick X 28¾" Square) for a Vacuum Chamber is prepped on one of our Kitamura Bridge-8’s. Evans Industries has milling machines with a table sizes up to 100" X 69". |

By employing 5-axis technology we are able to finish machine the other 5 sides with one operation. Evans Industries ability to utilize 5 Axis machining allows complex parts to be completed with little or no fixturing, and often with only two set-ups. |
